Specific terms and conditions for purchasing products
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the MedsHut website and supplement our general Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to these specific sale conditions.
Prescription-only medicines are supplied only following completion of a clinical consultation and approval by a legally authorised independent prescriber. No prescription medicine is dispensed without this approval.
Card payments are authorised at checkout and captured only after clinical approval has been granted. If a treatment request is not clinically approved, no funds will be captured and a full refund will be issued.
Independent prescribers make all clinical decisions regarding treatment. MedsHut does not influence prescribing decisions and operates in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations.
Where a prescription request is declined or an order cannot be fulfilled, customers will be notified and refunded in full within a reasonable timeframe.
Over-the-counter (OTC) products may be supplied without clinical consultation. Prescription-only medicines (POM) require clinical assessment and approval prior to supply.
All products are sourced from licensed suppliers and stored according to manufacturer specifications. We maintain full traceability and cold chain management for temperature-sensitive medications.
To ensure patient safety and prevent misuse, we apply quantity restrictions to certain medications. Multiple orders for the same product may be combined or refused at our discretion.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or supplier shortages.
